Where do you operate?
All our maintenance work is carried out in our workshops in Neyruz (FR). However, it is possible for us to intervene directly at our customers' premises, provided that they possess certain necessary equipment. Interventions directly at the customer's premises are not included in the "Builtronics Service+" offer. Travel costs will be invoiced once the intervention has been completed.
What are the benefits for the customer?

What is the financial benefit?
Builtronics has been offering maintenance services to its customers since 2013. Here are the costs incurred each year by our customers (average observed):
- Price of a service: CHF 1,890.
- 10% on additional services during the year
- Price of wearing parts for a shredder in normal use: 5,250 to 6,500
- Telephone assistance: 3 to 5 hours per year, i.e. €360 to €600 per year.

What do you mean by an additional service?
If your machine is used intensively, it is advisable to carry out additional services to ensure its longevity and avoid breakdowns.
